Email Marketing Executive

At BMA OVERSEAS, we are a fast-growing company focused on Textiles. We pride ourselves on our innovative approach and dedication to providing exceptional to our customers. We are currently looking to expand our marketing team by adding an experienced and creative Email Marketing Specialist to help us drive engagement and increase customer retention through targeted email campaigns.

We are seeking a dynamic Email Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, excellent copywriting skills, and experience in using email marketing platforms (like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar). You will play a key role in building and executing email campaigns that engage our audience, promote our products/services, and contribute to the growth of our business.

• Develop, plan, and execute email marketing campaigns to engage subscribers, nurture leads, and retain customers.
  
• Write compelling email copy that aligns with the company’s voice and drives conversions.
  
• Segment email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and other criteria to ensure personalized targeting.
  
• Analyse email campaign performance, track key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates), and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  
• Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, CTAs, and other elements of email campaigns to continuously improve results.
  
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and responsive email templates.
  
• Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  
• Manage and maintain the email database, ensuring it is clean, up-to-date, and segmented appropriately.
  
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in email marketing.
  

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, etc.).
  
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  
• Experience in segmenting email lists and personalizing campaigns based on user behaviour and preferences.
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  
• Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and anti-spam regulations.
  
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  
• Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
