· Ensure smooth functioning of end-user systems (laptops, desktops, printers, and related devices) to enable seamless productivity.
· Provide technical support and administration of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and SharePoint, ensuring system availability, access management, and data security.
· Setting up standards, processes, and best practices for end-user computing at BSIF.
· Act as the single point of contact for troubleshooting, escalations, and continuous improvement in IT support for business users
· Manage and provide L1/L2 support for laptops, desktops, printers, IoT devices, Biometrics and other end-user devices.
· Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
· Administer and maintain Active Directory, including user provisioning, access control, and security compliance.
· Maintain Asset Inventory with complete traceability details
· Provide SharePoint, Exchange Email Security, Intune, MDM, Certificate Authority, DNS/DHCP administration support, including site creation, permission management, and issue resolution.
· Ensure updated Security and compliance deliverables like update the AV/EDR to latest version, endpoint patching
· Ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and escalations, maintaining high service standards.
· Create and maintain EUC documentation including SOPs, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
· Collaborate with IT Infrastructure and Security teams to ensure compliance with organizational IT policies.
· Lead vendor coordination for procurement, AMC, and service contracts related to EUC devices.
· Mentor and guide junior team members (if applicable) and ensure adherence to SLA-based support.
