- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Minimum 4 years in:
- Quantity Surveying (QS)
- Billing � Client & Subcontractor
- MIS, Project Planning & Reporting
-Experience in EPC/HAM Road Projects is a must.
- Verify quantities as per drawings & site execution
- Prepare RA bills, subcontractor bills, reconciliations
- Ensure cost control, forecasting & cash flow analysis
- Drive project MIS and planning updates
- Coordinate with Site, Design, and Finance teams
- Monitor schedules, track delays & resource planning
- Maintain contract compliance & technical accuracy
