- Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Work from Office only)
- Salary: ₹27,000 to ₹35,000 per month
- Eligibility: Freshers / Experienced – Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Hiring Zone: PAN India (Relocation Support Provided)
- Answer international customer queries via calls, emails, and live chat
- Provide accurate information with excellent communication
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate when required
- Maintain customer satisfaction with every interaction
- Strong English communication (Verbal & Written)
- Willing to work rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Comfortable with international voice and chat/email processes
- Must be open to relocate to Jaipur
- Basic computer & typing skills
- Monthly salary: ₹27,000 – ₹35,000
