Key Responsibilities
â— Assist senior management in daily planning, scheduling, and coordination of tasks
â— Manage emails, calls, meeting calendars, and follow-ups
â— Prepare reports, presentations, and basic documentation as required
â— Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
â— Maintain organized records of important files and communication
â— Handle client calls or basic communication when needed
â— Support in preparing quotations, proposals, or basic data entry
â— Perform other administrative duties assigned by management
Key Skills Required
â— Excellent verbal and written communication skills
â— Strong organizational and time management skills
â— Basic working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
â— Professional attitude, trustworthy and detail-oriented
â— Ability to multitask and handle work independently
Eligibility
â— Qualification: Graduate in Secretarial Practice / Office Management.
â— Experience: Freshers encouraged to apply; prior internship in office admin/assistant roles will be an added advantage
