Job Title: Executive Assistant for the CEO & CTO

Job Summary:


We are seeking a smart, organized, and articulate

Executive Assistant to support our CEO and CTO in Pune. The role involves high-level coordination, preparation of investor and client-facing materials, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is an MBA graduate, well-versed in finance, has excellent presentation and communication skills, and thrives in a dynamic, leadership-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide direct administrative and strategic support to the CEO/CTO.
  • Prepare compelling client presentations, pitch decks, and executive reports.
  • Coordinate and manage client visits, leadership meetings, and external engagements.
  • Support the leadership team in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis tasks.
  • Create high-quality documents and visuals using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Organize travel, accommodations, and event logistics.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ensure clear communication and coordination across departments and external stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • MBA from a reputed institution (preferred specializations: Finance, Marketing, or Operations).
  • Bachelor�s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 0�5 years of experience in executive support or a similar high-responsibility role.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Public Speaking and document preparation.
  • Excellent communication skills � both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable with numbers, data interpretation, and financial summaries.
  • High attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Presentable, proactive, and able to represent the company in a client-facing role.
  • Willingness to travel as required.


Preferred Attributes:


  • Passionate about business communication and executive support.
  • Experience preparing investor decks, client presentations, or working in a C-suite environment.
  • Professional demeanor with a creative flair in content and presentation development.
  • Familiarity with tools like Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
