Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and proactive

Executive Assistant to the CEO & President. The ideal candidate should have a strong administrative background with experience or education in veterinary sciences, and a flair for coordinating projects and supporting key leadership functions.


This role will also include a light touch of internal HR coordination—particularly around induction planning, volunteer engagement, and culture-building activities, in alignment with leadership goals.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO & President.
  • Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between leadership and internal teams, donors, partners, and veterinary institutions.
  • Be open to occasional travel across India for on-ground programs, events, or partner engagements.
  • Coordinate and support veterinary programs, camps, and animal welfare initiatives.
  • Handle sensitive communication, maintain confidential records, and ensure smooth information flow.
  • Conduct research and compile relevant data for decision-making and project planning.
  • Represent the office of the CEO & President in meetings or public forums when needed.
  • Support onboarding and induction of new staff and volunteers in coordination with HR.
  • Assist in planning internal events, team engagement activities, and basic HR documentation.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Veterinary Science* or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (2�5 years) in executive support, administration, or coordination roles.
  • Exposure or willingness to learn basic HR functions in a non-profit setup.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and email tools.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Passion for animal welfare, community service, and NGO initiatives.
