Executive - Finance

As an Executive – Finance (Order to Cash), you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the financial health of our organization by managing the complete O2C cycle. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help maintain accurate customer accounts, streamline collections, and support timely financial reporting. Your contributions will directly influence cash flow efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Overseeing the end-to-end Order to Cash process, including order validation, invoicing, collections, and cash application.
  
• Monitoring customer accounts to identify overdue payments and initiating follow-ups.
  
• Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams.
  
• Preparing aging reports and offering actionable insights to management.
  
• Ensuring adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
  
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
  
• Collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to address and resolve issues.
  
• Maintaining organized documentation for audits and financial reporting.
  

• A graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
  
• 2�4 years of relevant experience in Finance, preferably in Order to Cash or Accounts Receivable.
  
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows.
  
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and strong skills in MS Excel.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
