Key Responsibilities


· Develop and execute

B2B marketing strategies for industrial and engineering products.


· Conduct

market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.


· Collaborate with R&D/Engineering teams to align product positioning with market needs.


· Manage

trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand presence.


· Build and maintain strong

B2B client relationships, ensuring technical and commercial requirements are met.


Core Skills


· Strong understanding of

mechanical systems, industrial applications, and product lifecycle.


· Expertise in

B2B marketing, technical sales, and business development.


· Excellent

communication and negotiation skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.


· Ability to

translate engineering specifications into client-centric solutions.


· Proficiency in CRM platforms, MS Office.


Qualifications


· B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).


· MBA/PGDM in Marketing, International Business, or related specialization (preferred).


· 2–4 years of experience in

B2B Marketing/Business Development in engineering industries.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
