Job Title: Facilities Administrator


Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Facilities Administrator to oversee the smooth functioning of office operations. The role involves managing housekeeping, monitoring inventory, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring timely follow-up on pest control and AMC schedules.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping services to maintain hygiene and upkeep.
  • Manage and track office inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Monitor and follow up on Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for all equipment and services.
  • Coordinate with vendors for pest control and other facility-related services.
  • Maintain records and generate reports for management review.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in facilities administration or office management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Excel, Gmail, Sortly, Zoho, and other housekeeping/facilities management software.
  • Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams effectively.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
