Responsibilities:
Oversee daily factory operations including production & dispatch.
Manage manpower, inventory, and ensure timely output.
Maintain quality standards and reduce operational wastage.
Ensure safety compliance and smooth workflow across departments.
Prepare and share operational reports with management.
Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in Engineering/Production.
5–8 years of experience in factory/plant operations.Strong leadership & team management skills.
Knowledge of production planning, quality, and compliance.
