Key Responsibilities:
- Source new properties for rent/sale from all possible sources.
- Match available properties to existing client requirements.
- Maintain and manage databases of owners, tenants, buyers, and listings.
- Regular follow-up with owners, buyers, and tenants.
- Promote listings via social media: Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp.
- Create and post property Reels, posts, and YouTube videos to attract leads.
- Visit and inspect new properties and conduct property showings as required.
- Match and finalize ideal properties for the right tenants and buyers.

Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in social media marketing (Instagram Reels, YouTube, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of real estate listings and CRM (preferred).
- Must be proactive, organized, and good at follow-up.
- Should be comfortable visiting properties when required.
