v Target coaching classes & bookstores within the assigned territory
v Identify and pursue new business prospects to meet sales targets
v Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through lead generation and networking
v Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients
v Develop and nurture relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up
v Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
v Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations
v Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams for continuous improvement
v Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
v Analyze sales performance against targets and implement strategies for improvement
v Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a coordinated approach to client needs
v Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices.
v Provide exceptional post-sales support to clients.
v Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly
v Education - Any Graduate with Professional degree / Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
v Experience- 2 – 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
v Industry - Any industry or Education / Publication / other similar industries
v Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
v Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
v Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
v Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
v Relevant experience in B2B sales would be a plus
v Willingness to travel as needed
