Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Field Sales Executive to join our financial services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and closing sales deals while building strong customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify, approach, and meet potential clients in the assigned territory.
  • Promote and sell financial products/services (e.g., mutual funds, insurance, investment plans, loans, etc.).
  • Generate and convert leads into successful sales closures.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and customer needs.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Provide accurate daily/weekly reports on sales activities to management.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad and nearby areas.
  • Basic knowledge of financial products and services is an added advantage.
