We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Finance Executive / Senior Accountant to handle core financial operations, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will support both day-to-day accounting and strategic financial planning, ensuring strong financial health and regulatory alignment.- Manage daily accounting tasks: A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, journal entries
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions
- Monitor cash flow and manage liquidity
- Maintain internal controls and data accuracy
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external partners
- 4�5 years of experience in finance or accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
