The candidate should have practical experience in invoicing, TDS filing, GST filing, and maintaining financial data in Excel. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial operations of a dynamic organisation.
- Invoicing: Prepare, review, and process invoices with accuracy and in a timely manner.
- TDS Filing: Handle Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) calculations, filing, and compliance.
- GST Filing: Prepare and file Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns, ensuring timely submission and adherence to compliance requirements.
- Accounts Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies, and resolving any billing issues.
- Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal review.
- Bookkeeping: Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and updating accounts.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and track expenses, ensuring alignment with budgets and financial forecasts.
