Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Finance Head to lead our finance department. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of finance, accounting, and taxation, as well as hands-on experience in managing a finance team. As the Finance Head, you will oversee the day-to-day financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to drive business growth.

• Financial Management & Reporting:
  
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure smooth functioning of accounting processes.
  
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, ITR).
  
• Generate and present detailed MIS reports in Excel, providing insights for key decision-making.
  
• Team Leadership & Management:
  
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 7 employees in the finance department.
  
• Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and ensure training and development opportunities for team members.
  
• Foster a positive and productive team environment.
  
• Taxation & Compliance:
  
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns, TDS, and Income Tax Returns (ITR).
  
• Monitor tax regulations and advise on tax planning and optimization strategies.
  
• Work with external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with tax laws.
  
• Budgeting & Financial Planning:
  
• Collaborate with senior management to prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
  
• Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide insights on variances.
  
• Drive cost optimization and recommend financial strategies to enhance profitability.
  
• Internal Controls & Audits:
  
• Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  
• Coordinate with external auditors for periodic audits and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  
• ERP & Accounting Software Management:
  
• Oversee the implementation and management of accounting software (Tally experience preferred).
  
• Ensure accurate data entry and financial reporting within the system.
  
• Troubleshoot software-related issues and ensure smooth integration with other systems.
  
• Travel:
  
• Be available for occasional travel as required to meet business needs.
  
• Represent the finance function in meetings with external stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
  

• Qualification: CA Dropout or equivalent qualification.
  
• Experience: 10 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
  
• Skills & Knowledge:
  
• Expertise in GST, TDS, and ITR.
  
• Advanced knowledge of MIS reporting in Excel.
  
• Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.
  
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and tax regulations.
  
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
