Inspacco is a tech-driven, full-stack platform for facility setup, repair, and maintenance

services, catering to enterprises with distributed facilities across India.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fit-out Lead to oversee and manage the execution of interior

and fit-out projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

â— Lead and manage end-to-end fit-out projects (commercial and corporate spaces).

â— Review BOQs, technical drawings, and ensure adherence to project specifications.

â— Coordinate with all stakeholders to align requirements and deliverables.

â— Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor site progress to ensure TAT.

â— Manage vendor negotiations, procurement, and quality assurance processes.

â— Implement and maintain safety, compliance, and quality standards across projects.

â— Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.

â— Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and cost overruns.

Eligibility

◠Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture

â— Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in fit-out project management.

â— Proven track record of handling medium to large-scale fit-out/interior projects.

Skills Required

â— Strong knowledge of fit-out works, interior finishes, and project execution.

â— Expertise in partner management with strong negotiation skills.

â— Competence in budgeting, cost control, and project scheduling.

â— Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.

â— Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict timelines.
