We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented
Fitters – Assembly with aerospace project experience. The role involves precision assembly of aerospace components with adherence to stringent quality and safety standards.- Perform assembly operations including Nut plate, Hi-Lok, Hi-Lite installation, riveting, and sealant application.
- Carry out precision drilling and countersinking (CSK) operations as per engineering requirements.
- Handle and operate aerospace assembly tools effectively, including drill guns, riveting guns, bucking bars, and squeezers.
- Ensure adherence to technical drawings, specifications, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct quality checks to verify assembly accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in line with aerospace industry standards.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in aerospace or precision assembly projects.
- Proficiency in riveting, drilling, countersinking, and sealant application.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace fasteners and assembly practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
- Skilled in handling pneumatic and hand tools used in aerospace assembly.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and precision in all tasks.
- ITI - Fitter, or equivalent discipline.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 48 months
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
