Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Checkin and check out formalities.
Provide general administrative support to various departments.
Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Previous reception or customer service experience is a plus.
