Job description:
Detailed Job Requirements from a Railway Lounge Guest Relations Executive:
- Expertise of all products & services
- Confident in explaining services and converting sales
- Upselling of existing lounge services to existing & potential guest.
- Receive & take care of special guests.
- Check all the equipment & furniture in the lounge for their serviceability & maintenance requirements.
- Responsible for reception staff & cash management.
- Procedures are carried out as per approval of the management.
- Supervise Plan,execute pad ordering when required.
- Accountability of inventory of all supplies.
- To ensure standard checklists are used for all lounge procedures.
- Taking care & updating (grocery, vegetables, dairy products) bills in Excel on a daily basis.
- Taking care of coffee machine cleaning & ordering.
- Ensuring your areas of work are kept clean throughout the day.
- Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment.
- Give proper and complete handover to the next shift.
