Role Summary:
Creative leadership across all visual communication touchpoints from concepting and execution to ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
- Strong grounding in visual design principles, typography, layouts, and brand systems
- Skilled in crafting digital- and performance-first creatives for platforms like Meta, Google, Instagram, YouTube, and programmatic ads
- Experienced in translating brand guidelines across formats – banners, social media, emailers, carousels, print/digital collateral
- Conceptual thinker with a knack for insight-led, business-aligned creative ideas
- Confident in client interfacing and collaborative work environments
- Deep understanding of platform-specific user behaviour and design trends
- Tools: Adobe Creative Suite, mood boarding, and design collaboration tools
- Providing visual direction for performance, social, and brand campaigns
- Ensuring quality control and consistency across all design outputs
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to align on creative priorities and timelines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
