Job Description

We are looking for a smart, well-groomed, and customer-focused Front Office Executive for our premium bar & lounge. The candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth check-in, excellent guest handling, and providing a memorable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and courtesy.

Handle guest check-ins, reservations, and inquiries both in-person and over the phone.

Maintain a premium and friendly atmosphere at the reception/front desk.

Coordinate with bar staff, servers, and management to ensure seamless guest service.

Manage billing, cash/credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records.

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly with a customer-first approach.

Keep track of reservations, VIP guests, and special requests.

Ensure that the front desk area is always clean, organized, and presentable.

Assist in event coordination, guest engagement, and overall service delivery.

Key Requirements

12th pass

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Front Office / Guest Relations / Hospitality sector (experience in premium bar/lounge/restaurant will be an added advantage).

Excellent communication skills in English basic, Hindi basic, and Bengali.

Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and guest-oriented mindset.

Professional grooming and personality suitable for premium hospitality.

Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of POS systems, reservations, and billing software preferred.
