Fullstack Developer(Nest.JS)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Integration Layer Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a robust integration layer that connects our applications with various third-party systems. This role requires deep expertise in modern backend technologies and a solid understanding of data exchange and integration patterns, with a preference for experience in the healthcare domain.

• Design & Development: Architect and build a scalable and secure integration layer using Node.js, TypeScript, and the NestJS framework. (working knowledge with Java SpringBoot is a plus)
  

• API Integration: Develop and maintain integrations with various external systems and APIs, focusing on creating efficient and reliable data exchange pipelines.
  

• Problem-Solving: Analyze complex integration challenges and develop creative, effective, and maintainable solutions.
  

• Software Development Lifecycle: Work within an Agile development environment, adhering to industry-standard coding practices, including writing clean, well-documented, and testable code.
  

• Database Management: Work with both relational and non-relational databases to manage and optimize data flow and storage for the integration layer.
  

• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  

• Deploy, monitor, and maintain services on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  

• Participate in code reviews, peer programming, and technical design discussions.
  

• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
  

• Architectural Principles: Apply sound design principles to create an integration layer that is resilient, scalable, and secure.
  

• 5+ years of experience in backend development.
  

• Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and the NestJS framework.
  

• Proven experience in building and managing enterprise-level integrations and APIs.
  

• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
  

• Knowledge of relational and non-relational database technologies.
  

• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  

• Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities.
  

• Knowledge of Java/Spring Boot for working with other backend services.
  

• Familiarity with GraphQL for flexible API design.
  

• Experience in healthcare domain or other regulated industries.
  

• Understanding of API security standards (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
  

• Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed system design patterns.
  

5+ years of backend development and API integration experience.

Prior experience building enterprise1-scale applications or integrations is a plus.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
