Roles and Responsibilities:


Policies, Compliance & HR Operations


  • Keep us compliant with labor laws and internal HR policies Maintain accurate employee records and documentation Regularly review and update policies to reflect best practices


Learning & Growth


  • Identify training needs and organize learning programs for staff at all levels Support skill development to ensure service excellence Encourage continuous learning and personal growth


Team Building & Recruitment


  • Lead hiring efforts across departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, kitchen, etc.) Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs Make the onboarding experience smooth, welcoming, and memorable


Employee Experience & Culture


  • Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture across all restaurants, outlets and central kitchen Help resolve conflicts and concerns with empathy and fairness Roll out initiatives that boost motivation, and retention


Performance & Development


  • Manage the performance review process Help managers set clear goals, define KRA, give feedback, and guide employee growth


Payroll & Benefits Support


  • Work with consultants to ensure accurate payroll processing Oversee attendance, leave, and employee benefits Support compensation planning and reward strategies


Pre-requisites:


  • A degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in hospitality A solid understanding of Indian labor laws and HR practices Great communication and people skills � you�re approachable and solutions-driven Comfortable using HR systems and Microsoft Office tools


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
