General Manager – Sales to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our market presence.- Lead the sales department, ensuring achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Build, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Drive customer acquisition and manage client relationships for long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and implement campaigns for lead generation.
- Oversee site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Provide regular MIS reports and sales forecasts to management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance in sales operations.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in the real estate industry with proven track record in sales leadership.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive sales in a competitive market environment.
- Salary: ₹90,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month.
