We are hiring a proactive and guest-focused
Guest Relations Manager with expertise in IDS software to enhance our customer service experience. The role involves managing guest interactions, ensuring personalized services, and maintaining high satisfaction levels. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to build long-term guest relationships that strengthen the brand’s reputation.- Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP and long-stay guests, ensuring all needs are met.
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure their stay is comfortable from check-in to check-out.
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and develop strategies to enhance service quality.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism, ensuring effective resolution.
- Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences through IDS software.
- Work closely with front office, housekeeping, and F&B teams to deliver personalized experiences.
- Organize special events, surprises, and value-added services for guests.
- Train guest relations executives in service etiquette and hospitality standards.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and brand service guidelines.
- Prepare daily reports on guest feedback and service recovery cases for management review.
- Degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or Customer Service specialization.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in guest relations/front office, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- IDS software proficiency is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Warm, approachable personality with a service-first attitude.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
