The Guest Relationship Executive (Female) will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their visit. She will manage guest queries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and general front office duties.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries (in person, via phone, or email).
- Coordinate with departments (housekeeping, F&B, travel desk, etc.) to meet guest needs.
- Manage VIP guest arrangements, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Handle guest complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate guest records, profiles, and feedback.
- Promote hotel/organization services, facilities, and loyalty programs.
- Support in organizing events, meetings, or special guest requests.
- Ensure grooming standards and company protocols are maintained at all times.
