We are urgently hiring Head of Travel Sales to join our team.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Lead ,Coach and manage travel sales team to achieve and exceed target
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive B2C travel channels
  • Set KPIs and performance metrics to team to ensure consistent sales targets achievements
  • Monitor Sales performance , forecast and budget
  • Work closely with marketing team and other cross functional teams
  • Train, manage B2C travel sales team to ensure targets and productivity
  • Manage goal setting for travel sales team


Requirements:


  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Tourism, Business Administration or Related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Travel Sales with Minimum 3+ years in similar capacity
  • Proven track record of of achieving sales targets and team sales targets
  • Proficient in CRM Systems and Analytics tools
  • Proven Track record of managing over 20+ Travel sales consultant team


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
