We are hiring a
Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure our resort maintains top-notch cleanliness and hygiene standards across all rooms, common areas, and the entire property.- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across the resort.
- Ensure all rooms, public areas, and facilities are cleaned and maintained to high standards.
- Train, mentor, and manage the housekeeping team professionally.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate with management for restocking.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
- Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality supervision (preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Eye for detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with staff and guests.
- Willingness to take initiative and contribute to a friendly, guest-focused environment.
