• Bachelor’s degree in HR
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR operations, statutory compliance, and grievance handling.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, POSH, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience in employee engagement activities and policy implementation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS knowledge is an advantage
  • Should know Kannada Mandatory.
  • Drive Employee Engagement initiatives to build a positive work culture.
  • Handle employee grievances with confidentiality, fairness, and timely resolution.
  • Oversee POSH compliance and awareness programs.
  • Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments, Gratuity, Labour Laws, etc.).
  • Maintain HR records, attendance, payroll support, and policy documentation.
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact between employees and management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
