JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:


We are seeking a highly motivated HR Manager cum Executive Assistant to Director.


  • HR manager to provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
  • Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
  • Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
  • Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.
  • Coordinating new hire orientations.
  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Assisting in the planning of company events.


DESIRED SKILLS & ELIGIBITY CRITERIA


  • PG in MBA - Human Resource Specialization
  • Candidate must have good communication skills
  • Candidate must have interpersonal skills
  • He or she should possess good analytical skills
  • Open to travel different locations


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
