The HR Executive is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business goals. This role will manage a team of HR professionals and work closely with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support the company's mission and growth.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
1-2 years of experience in HR.
Proven experience in managing HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and performance management.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage complex projects and navigate organizational change.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with HR software and MS Office.
