Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for an HR Executive who can help us build strong teams, drive employee engagement, and manage smooth HR operations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Handle HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance.
- Design and implement HR policies and processes in line with business needs.
- Address employee grievances and provide solutions in a professional manner.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Support managers in performance management and appraisal processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3-5years of proven experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with a people-first mindset.

Pay: ₹10,298.33 - ₹30,000.00 per month
