Key Responsibilities:
â— Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
â— Help with onboarding and documentation of new hires.
â— Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
â— Support HR policies and initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
â— Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
â— Handle HR-related queries and provide support in day-to-day operations.
â— Contribute to payroll processing and leave management.
â— Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements:
â— Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
â— Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
â— Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws is a plus.
â— Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
â— Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
â— Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
