2) Employee Engagement & Connect: Drive employee engagement and connect initiatives to foster a positive work culture at the Thane location.
3) Recruitment: Manage the recruitment of third-party payroll employees for the Thane office.
4) Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
