Job Description


1) Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Management: Oversee the entire employee life cycle at the Thane office, from onboarding to exit formalities.


2) Employee Engagement & Connect: Drive employee engagement and connect initiatives to foster a positive work culture at the Thane location.


3) Recruitment: Manage the recruitment of third-party payroll employees for the Thane office.


4) Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.


5) HR Queries & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries and concerns at the Thane location.


6) Payroll Coordination: Coordinate closely with the corporate Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team to provide accurate payroll inputs.


7) Exit Formalities: Manage the entire exit process, including conducting exit interviews and preparing Full & Final settlements (F&F).


8) Analytical Skills & MS Excel: Proficient in MS Excel with strong analytical abilities to support data-driven HR decisions.
