- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases
- Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms
- Communicate with candidates regarding application status and next steps
- Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires
- Support the HR team in organizing recruitment drives and events
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate information
- Perform general administrative duties related to recruitment
