Job Summary:


We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Office HR professional to manage and oversee daily human resource functions within our office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting recruitment, on boarding, employee engagement, and administrative HR tasks.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage day-to-day HR operations for the office.
  • Coordinate the recruitment and on boarding process for new hires.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various domestic roles.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline of qualified domestic staff across multiple functions.
  • Develop job descriptions and specifications for each role in collaboration with clients or household managers.
  • Perform background checks, reference checks, and credential verification.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Provide guidance to clients on market availability, salary trends, and candidate suitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database in Excel .

Requirements:


  • Bachelor�s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in an HR role, preferably in an office environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
