Job Title: HR Recruiter

Reports To: HR Manager
About the Role: We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter with minimum 2 year of experience to help us attract and hire top talent. In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to facilitating interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals).
- Post job openings and manage candidate pipelines.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
- Support in preparing job offers and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with recruitment reports.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
