Job Summary


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Recruiter & Admin to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and handle day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be well-organized, and be capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.


Key ResponsibilitiesHR & Recruitment


  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, coordinate with department heads for candidate evaluation.
  • Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding formalities.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in performance reviews and employee engagement activities.


Administration


  • Manage office operations, including stationery, supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle employee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
  • Organize company events, training sessions, and meetings.
  • Ensure smooth communication between management and staff.
  • Maintain office compliance with health, safety, and company policies.


Requirements


  • Bachelor�s degree in Human Resources.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and office administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management tools.


Work Schedule


  • Working Hours: [e.g., 10:30 AM � 7:00 PM]
  • Working Days: [e.g., Monday to Saturday]
  • Salary : 15,000 to 20,000
