- Call and engage with potential candidates from our database
- Screen and qualify candidates based on job role requirements
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
- Graduation completed (not currently pursuing studies)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn
- Proficient in Google Sheets
- Must have a laptop and smartphone
- Available to work in the given schedule
- Practical HR training and mentorship
