GNG Technocrates is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while building a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.- Understand hiring requirements and collaborate with department managers to define role specifications.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews, and evaluate candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the offer process including salary negotiation and documentation.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment records, databases, and generate periodic reports.
- Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to HR-related activities.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies under tight timelines.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
