Key Responsibilities:


  • Recruitment & Staffing
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate database and coordinate with consultants/agencies.
  • Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Employee Relations
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Support in maintaining healthy workplace culture and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle disciplinary issues in alignment with company policies.
  • HR Operations
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
  • Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Performance Management
  • Assist in performance appraisal process.
  • Track probation and confirmation assessments.
  • Support in implementing employee development programs.
  • Policy & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws.
  • Draft/update HR policies in coordination with management.
  • Support audits and compliance documentation.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs in consultation with managers.
  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
  • Maintain training records and feedback.

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
