As we grow, we’re looking for a dedicated In-House Advocate who can be our guiding light on all legal matters and ensure that our projects remain transparent, compliant, and hassle-free.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drafting, vetting, and reviewing agreements, sale deeds, and other contracts.
  
• Carrying out land due diligence and title verification for our projects.
  
• Ensuring compliance with RERA, Karnataka land laws, and registration processes.
  
• Representing the company in legal matters and coordinating with authorities.
  
• Advising leadership on contracts, risks, and compliance in day-to-day business.
  
• Working closely with our sales, projects, and HR teams to ensure everything we do is legally sound.
  

What We’re Looking For

• A qualified LL.B / LL.M graduate, enrolled with the Bar Council.
  
• 5 – 8 years of experience in real estate/property law (farm plots/plots experience is a big plus).
  
• Someone who understands title due diligence, RERA, stamp duty, and registrations inside-out.
  
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  
• A problem-solver who can balance legal precision with business practicality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• Are you a law graduate (LL.B / LL.M) enrolled with the Bar Council of India?

• Have you previously drafted or vetted sale deeds, MOUs, NDAs, or other property-related legal documents?
  
• Do you have experience handling title due diligence, registration, and stamp duty compliance for real estate projects?
  
• Have you represented a company in legal proceedings, arbitration, or with regulatory authorities?
  
• What is your current CTC?
