About the Role We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our global influencer strategy and partnerships. This role will focus on building a robust network of influencers across multiple regions, driving impactful collaborations, and delivering measurable results that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of influencer ecosystems, and proven experience in managing campaigns for fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.


Key Responsibilities


  • Strategy & Leadership Define and execute a global influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Build influencer programs that balance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure ROI on influencer spends. Influencer Partnerships Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across regions (macro, micro, and nano tiers).
  • Build long-term partnerships with creators, KOLs, and agencies. Support product gifting, co-branded campaigns, and ambassador programs. Campaign Management Plan, launch, and oversee influencer campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Ensure deliverables are met and campaigns align with brand identity. Collaborate with content and creative teams for integrated campaigns. Analytics & Optimization Track and analyze campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI).
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports with insights and recommendations. Continuously refine influencer strategies based on data and industry trends.
  • Team & Collaboration Manage and mentor an influencer marketing team.
  • Collaborate closely with performance marketing, PR, and brand teams to amplify campaigns.
  • Act as a bridge between regional teams and global marketing leadership.


Requirements


  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing high-performance campaigns. Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube). Strong understanding of tracking, attribution models, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, Looker, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into actionable strategy. Experience with fashion/retail/lifestyle brands (preferred).
  • Strong project management and communication skills. 5–8 years of influencer marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of managing global influencer campaigns.
  • Strong connections within the fashion, retail, or lifestyle influencer ecosystem. Hands-on experience with influencer management platforms (Aspire, Traackr, Grin, Upfluence, etc.).
  • Data-driven with ability to measure and optimize influencer ROI.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and regions.
