Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field). 1–3 years of experience in inside sales / telesales / B2B sales (international exposure preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills (English proficiency must; other languages a plus). Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections. Ability to understand global trade dynamics and explain value propositions clearly. Proficient with CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication. Goal-driven, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
