We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
- Good Communication & Convincing Skills
- Energetic, confident
- Preferably inside sales experience (Perfect recruitment/staffing/ Job portal industry).
- Good to be experience in any Sales, Telesales, BPO, Outbound/ Inbound, Lead Generation, Customer service etc.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- Fresher is also eligible with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Make cold calls as per available data and conduct regular follow-up to gather and successfully close leads into sales
- Doing Outbound Telesales and Generating leads from LinkedIn and Job portal etc.
- Communicating With customers, making outbound calls to potential customers.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Fixed the meeting with enterprises customers and keep the Follow-ups on a daily basis.
- Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
