· Selling services and products to Telecom operators and aggregators.
· Achieving monthly sales targets and delivering gross margins to the company.
· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve maximum satisfaction.
· Responding to customer requirements professionally and furnishing them with information on product and services or obtain details of the complaints/concerns.
· Build trust and sustainable relationship with customers through interactive communication.
· Record details of customer interactions, queries, complaints, comments/feedback
· Route concerns that require immediate/special attention to concerned departments
. Follow up to ensure necessary actions are taken and customer issues resolved in least time.
