JD for Inside sales-- (Min 1-3 years exp required)
Handle inbound leads and make outbound calls to potential customers.
Convert inquiries from platforms like India MART, website, and social media into sales.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp for closures.
Maintain and update lead database and sales pipeline using Excel.
Coordinate with the field sales or logistics team for order processing and deliveries.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share insights with the manager.
Understand product offerings and communicate them clearly to clients.
Meet monthly sales targets and work towards achieving revenue goals.
Use CRM or Excel to track inquiries, quotes, and follow-ups.
