Job Description:
We are hiring Inside Sales Executives to join our team at Panipat (GT Road, Near Namaste 24).
The role involves engaging with walk-in customers, handling inbound/outbound calls,
generating leads, and ensuring sales conversion. Candidates should have good communication
skills, confidence in client interaction, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
â— Handle inbound and outbound calls and maintain customer follow-ups.
â— Convert inquiries into successful sales.
â— Maintain and update customer databases.
â— Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
â— Prepare and share daily sales reports.
â— Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
â— Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate.
◠Experience: 6 months – 1 year in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Customer Handling.
â— Strong communication and persuasion skills.
â— Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word).
â— Must be comfortable working 7 days a week (including Sundays).
â— Male candidates preferred.
